Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Please note: Custom printed items, including personalized cups, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized products (e.g., cups with custom prints)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products or digital items
- Health and personal care items
- Any item not in its original condition or returned more than 30 days after delivery
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company – it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank – processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
